Information we collect

Information you provide to us. When you contact us through our Site, for example, by submitting our contact form or emailing us, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, the nature of your inquiry, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

We do not ask you to submit, and you should not send us through the Site, any sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, security clearance details, classified or controlled information, or any information subject to government handling requirements.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;

  • evaluate business development, partnership, contracting, and recruiting opportunities;

  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;

  • understand how visitors use the Site and analyze trends; and

  • comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our rights.

How we share your information

  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly, remember your preferences, and understand site usage. We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics that collect and process information about your use of the Site. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions. 

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to:

  • request access to the personal information we hold about you;

  • request correction of inaccurate information;

  • request deletion of your information;

  • opt out of certain processing; and

  • not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Virginia residents. Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Virginia residents may have the rights described above, including the right to appeal a decision regarding a request. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising as those terms are defined under the VCDPA.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
