UII is a joint  venture partner of Zimmerman Associates, Inc. in the Unified-ZAI Joint Venture as a prime contractor supporting the Naval Sea Systems Command, its related program executive offices and field activities for the full range of management services.  The scope of work includes program management, financial management, and engineering. This indefinite deliverable, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) facilitates the Navy's efforts in ordering major tasks from the joint venture over a period of performance of five years, with two five year options.
