Industrial Maintenance & Repair Trade Skills

UII employs a performance-based approach to teaching job skills and we use our customer's work environment as the learning laboratory to develop each student's maximum potential. Our courses are one to five weeks long and include, on average, five hours of hands-on instruction for each hour of formal classroom lectures and presentations on trade theory and related practical knowledge. We also offer two- and four-day refresher training for skill enhancement. Our instructors conduct hands-on training on production work at the customer's site or, if such work is not available, on equipment used in the customer's production process. All training courses cover safety requirements and procedures.
