Through UII’s Distance Learning technology, UII has the capability to overcome training obstacles often posed by physical distance and scheduling conflicts. With Distance Learning, UII delivers tutorials and course materials electronically, creating a virtual classroom. Linking instructors and students, all parties have the ability to present information, exchange documents, share ideas, and submit assignments using a common workspace hosted online. Students and instructors alike are increasingly enjoying the benefits of Distance Learning such as:

• Class preparation by both the instructor and student can be accomplished on an individual’s preferred schedule and pace
