ISO 9001:2000 Compliant
As part of our commitment
to meet and maintain objectives for quality services, products,
and quality services, we have adopted the ISO 9001:2000, Quality
Management System (QMS) international government -industry
consensus quality standard as the baseline model for our overall
quality management system.
We are in the process
of becoming ISO 9001:2000 compliant corporate wide. We expect to
have our business processes well documented, implemented, verified
and validated by the fall of 2003. ISO 9001: 2000 Registrar assessment
and registration is planned by product and service line (NAICS codes)
early in 2004.
Our QMS processes are augmented
by other customer required or best practices standards and specifications,
models, statutes and regulations related to specific products and
services such as those required for our calibration, education,
information technology, public transportation and training services.
Having the ISO 9001: 2000
QMS in place will assure our customers that our business processes
will undergo continuous process improvement reviews, internal and
external audits will be conducted as an extra measure to ensure
compliance and that top management is committed to customer satisfaction
and product and service excellence.
