The core business of UII
Public Transportation is to increase the throughput of high quality
transportation vehicles through the procurement process, and thus
increase the throughput of passengers and revenue through public
rail transportation systems. The excellence of our services is
measured by the degree to which we contribute to increasing throughput
while contributing to minimizing overhead costs for maintenance
